Cranberry Sweet Heat Sauce
1 9 oz jar Holiday Heat
4 tablespoons butter

Canola oil, for deep frying
3 pounds whole chicken wings
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chives, chopped, for garnish

Creamy Feta Sauce
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup creamy feta, crumbled
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste


Cranberry Sweet Chili Sauce
1.In a medium saucepan melt the Hoiday Heat over medium-high heat until the mixture begins to boil. Add the butter and stir until melted. Remove from heat and reserve.

1.Preheat oil in a heavy bottomed pot to 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2.Add chicken wings to boiling water and cook 8-10 minutes. Remove wings to a paper towel lined sheet tray to dry completely.
3.In large bowl combine flour, salt, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Coat chicken wings in flour mixture and add to the oil, in batches. Fry until golden brown and cooked through, 4-5 minutes.
4.Toss chicken wings in the cranberry sauce. Garnish with chives.

Creamy Feta Sauce
1.Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cranberry glazed chicken wings.
