• 1 - 8 oz log goat cheese
• ½ cup Holiday Heat
• 6 sheets phyllo pastry thawed according to package directions
• ¼ – ½ cup melted butter


In medium bowl, combine goat cheese and Holiday Heat. Stir to blend and refrigerate until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 400. Coat a large baking sheet with non-stick spary. For the first phyllo stack, generously brush 1 sheet of phyllo with melted butter. Top with a second sheet and brush with melted butter. Repeat for the third sheet. For the second stack, repeat with remaining 3 sheets of phyllo. Cover both stacks with a slightly damp kitchen towel.

Working with the first stack, cut it into 12 (3 inch) squares. Cover squares with damp kitchen towel.

Working with 1 square at a time, place a spoonful of the cheese/holiday heat mixture in the center. Fold each of the 4 corners into the center; pinch to seal. Brush with butter and place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining squares and cheese mixture to make 24 bundles. Bake 8 minutes or until golden.
